2 x 25 easy

3 x 150 Pull on base

3 x 100 kick with fins on base +10

3 x 50 Pull on base

2 x 25 easy

2 x 150 IM, no free, on base

2 x 100 choice, non-free on base +10

2 x 50 kick no gear on base

2 x 25 easy

1 x 150 middle 50 easy, your choice of stroke

1 x 100 middle 50 easy, your choice different stroke

1 x 50 first 25 easy, remaining stroke
