Winding Wednesday Workouts

Each day the Swim Stroke Tools Training Center https://swimstroketools.com/training-center/) publishes nine new workouts. These workouts are broken into 2000, 3000, and 4000 yards or meters, with three specialties (free, IM, and sprint). The workouts are structured and offer a great workout!  But, I admit I like to break it up with a more winding workout that breaks the mold and combines sets into a long and winding workout.  I thought you might all enjoy one of these more winding workouts. If you are unsure what some of the terms and abbreviations man please refer to the Swimmer’s Glossary of terms and abbreviations.

All sets are done on base.
